Bluetooth is turned on, but it can't find any devices. What's going on?

  1. If you have previously connected to the device, please go to the Bluetooth device list in your system settings and choose to “Forget” or “Remove” the device. Then, rescan and connect again.
  2. Restart your phone and try scanning and connecting to the device again.
